Our Method

Four Phases.
One Standard.

Most facilities sell access. We sell a process. The Kinetic Discipline method is a closed loop: assess, program, execute, adapt. Each phase feeds the next. Miss one and the system breaks.

Every member begins with a comprehensive movement screen, strength baseline, and goal audit. We measure what matters: movement quality, work capacity, and structural balance.
